The Stretch command is powerful: It can stretch or move objects, or stretch some and move others at the same time, depending on how you select them. The key to using Stretch is specifying a fence and a vector displacement.
Stretch moves and/or displaces any part of selected or enclosed 2D objects, groups and 3D objects (in top/plan) including 3D polygons, meshes, extrudes, multiple extrudes, floors, columns and roofs. No pre-selection required but if there are preselected objects, Stretch will limit to selection.
